Casa Rovigatti’s Pinot Grigio aromatic wine has a typical aroma reminiscent of sage and is straw-yellow colored with greenish highlights. It is well structured and full-bodied with a good level of acidity. It is grown in northeastern Italy’s cool mountain vineyards, particularly within the Veneto region.
Casa Rovigatti’s Pinot Grigio has a body and structure that enhances when accompanied by fish main courses, hors d’oeuvres (appetizer), light first courses, mussels, light pasta, and seafood.
