Verdicchio, Delle Marche D.O.C.

Casa Rovigatti’s Verdicchio is a dry, crisp, lemony wine.It is characterized by its rich aroma of acacia and broom; it’s a citrusy and high in acid white wine. Verdicchio is the principal grape behind two Denominazione di Origine Controllata wines produced in the provinces of Macerata and Ancona, provinces in the Marche region of Italy.

Casa Rovigatti’s Verdicchio is one of the world’s great wines for pairing with fish, particularly good with raw fish preparations such as sushi and is sublime with crudo due to its acidity and citrus flavors.
