Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 Gr. of FETTUCCINE ALL’ARANCIA “Casa Rovigatti”
- 300 Gr. of cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 gr. of canned tuna
- Some green olives
- Parsley
- EVO Oil “Il Frantoio”,
- Salt and Pepper
Method
In a pan with an abundant drizzle of “Il Frantoio” EVO Oil, cook the garlic until brown, add the cherry tomatoes, a few basil leaves and a ladle of cooking water, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Add the tuna and olives and cook for another 5 minutes
Cook the FETTUCCINE ALL’ARANCIA “Casa Rovigatti” in plenty of salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain the pasta and stir in the sauce for a few minutes, serve with chopped parsley.
