Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 Gr. of FETTUCCINE AL LIMONE “Casa Rovigatti”
- 200 gr of cubed salami
- 1 untreated lemon
- 100 gr. of Parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- EVO Oil “Il Frantoio”,
- Salt and Pepper
Method
In a pan with a drizzle of “Il Frantoio” EVO oil, brown the salami, blend with the juice of 1 lemon, add a ladle of cooking water, the chopped parsley, and a sprinkling of pepper.
Cook the “Casa Rovigatti” FETTUCCINE AL LIMONE for 2-3 minutes in abundant salted water, drain the pasta and stir in the sauce for a few minutes, off the heat, add the Parmesan cheese, serve by grating the lemon peel (zest) on top.
