Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1/2 onion
- 1 celery coast
- 1 carrot
- 300 gr. of minced meat (beef and pork)
- Parmesan
- 1 glass of white wine
- EVO Oil “Il Frantoio”,
- Salt and Pepper
Method
In a pan with a drizzle of “Il Frantoio” EVO oil, fry all the vegetables peeled and cut into small chunks for about 10 minutes, add the minced meat, continue the sauté and blend with the white wine, season with salt and pepper and add a little bit of cooking water.
Cook the FETTUCCINE AGLI SPINACi “Casa Rovigatti” in abundant salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain the pasta and stir in the white sauce, off the heat, add the Parmesan cheese and serve.
