Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 kg. of green turnip tops
- EVO Oil “Il Frantoio”,
- Salt and Pepper
Method
In a pot with plenty of salted water, cook the turnip greens for 20 minutes. In a pan with a generous drizzle of “Il Frantoio” EVO Oil, brown the garlic and chili, in the same pot where the greens are cooking, put to cook the “Casa Rovigatti” FETTUCCINE AL PEPERONCINO for 2-3 minutes, drain the garlic and oil and chili pepper in the pan, whisk if necessary, by adding a ladle of cooking water and serve.
