Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 Gr. LUINGUINE DI CAMPOFILONE “Casa Rovigatti”
- 100 Gr. of fresh mackerel or in a jar
- 100 Gr. of Shelled Shrimp
- 50 Gr. of grated raw zucchini
- 50 Gr. of cut cherry tomatoes
- 50 Gr. of Pitted Black Olives
- Parsley
- EVO Oil “Il Frantoio”,
- Salt and Pepper
Method
In salted water cook for 3 minutes The LUINGUINE DI CAMPOFILONE “Casa Rovigatti”, drain them and chill them in cold water, toss with a drizzle of EVO Oil “Il Frantoio”, then add all the ingredients as for a pasta salad and serve.
